Minerva BC

the face of leadership™

Minerva BC creates programs for leaders who want to enhance performance and make a meaningful difference in their companies, their lives, and the world.

Women Leading the Way™ is an interactive, part-time training program that develops exceptional female leaders. Grounded in the principles of values-based leadership, this program has transformed the careers of hundreds of women with its unique approach.

Our program has optimal impact at two levels: high-potential women who want to accelerate their leadership, and established leaders who want to maximize their impact.

With 88% of program graduates reporting an increased confidence in their leadership abilities, and 71% accepting promotions and new leadership challenges upon completion, Women Leading the Way™ is an excellent choice for organizations who want to develop their female talent.

To create a diverse organization and yield its advantages, we need to have real conversations about what it means to be an inclusive leader. In partnership with Refinery Leadership, Minerva is piloting a workshop series that creates space for these conversations.

This 5-day program is designed for leaders who want to have greater impact in leading diverse teams, and influence others to create a culture of belonging.

Through the program we explore topics such as: personal bias, building empathy and curiosity towards others, and leading more inclusively. We introduce tools and models that help leaders lean in to discomfort, enabling them to have challenging conversations in the workplace.
